ambiance/seating: this restaurant was beautifully decorated, warm dimmed lighting, clean, not as spacious between each table as i'd like, EXTREMELY LOUD and overstimulating, you have to almost yell to speak to someone directly sat in front of you, and about a 2/3 on fancy dress attire scale. the servers are professional, attentive and friendly. the appetizers came out in 13 minutes and our entrees in about 24 minutes. they also have a huge beautiful mirror in the hallway to the restrooms for a photo opportunity! food/drinks: the food was about a 7/10. the YELLOWTAIL plate was AMAZING, it was a very small plate but perfect for two as an appetizer, had a very fresh flavor with the soft yellowtail and slight crunch from the sliced jalapeño and toppings. this dish had hints of sweet, spice, and you could taste every part of it. the BAKED OYSTERS were okay. they were breaded and very crumby, but in a way where it just tasted slightly burnt, flavorless, oily, and like scrap crumbs. for florida there are definitely better oyster olates. the SQUID INK PASTA was great, the squid "noodle" part was slight chewy, the toppings made this dish for sure, seems like a light entree but with all the apps it's very filling. the TRUFFLE PARMESEAN FRIES were great, they were soft with lots of flavor and the parmesean sauce they bring out is AMAZING. the LEMON LOBSTER PASTA was amazing as well, i got it with shrimp and extra lemon and it was the perfect lemon-creamy pasta. and lastly the FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE was okay, it was a very dense mousse like cake, the cream and sauce were perfect with it but it's definitely very filling, and it was topped with caramel popcorn which didn't make to much sense and didn't really go with the cake. overall other than it being extremely loud and over stimulating, the experience is wonderful and i will definitely go back for that yellowtail plate. 7/10

Great food. Really enjoyed the chicken Milanese and lemon seafood pasta. The appetizer tower was a nice mix of arancini, olives, almonds, bruschetta, etc. Nice place for a birthday celebration, however it is very loud in the restaurant and hard to have a conversation at your table. Service was a little slow.

First time I've been to this restaurant. I went because the yelp reviews were so good! I was not disappointed. The parking is limited, but they have valet parking so that's not your problem! It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot and get to the front door for valet service services. The inside of the restaurant is open concept and offer several different kinds of seating Including bar. The restaurant is immaculate. The folks upfront are very welcoming and very engaging. I asked if they minded seating for one - well no Restaurant can say they do, I find it interesting when I'm alone to see how they react. They gave me two choices: they offered me the bar or to sit on my own at a table. That's unusual. And very thoughtful. When I'm traveling, I don't like to sit alone in the middle of a restaurant and I didn't even have to ask for that kindness. The server was wonderful. She came right up and introduced herself and told me that they were in teams and there would be another server that I might see. She brought me a beautiful glass of cool fresh water. I ordered something that I've seen before that was different- something I never had before: Agnolotti! This is ravioli, which is filled with short rib, wild mushrooms, bone marrow-truffle. That's all you get because this is an à la carte menu. But it is so good! It is rich and savory and fully satisfying. You would have to be starving to not be satisfied with this. I also had a red sangria. The manager came over and asked me how I liked my dinner. The server asked me how I liked my meal and what else I needed. The gentleman who came from the kitchen to serve my meal piping. Hot asked me if there was anything they could do for me. This restaurant loves to serve! And everything I saw that went by me, looked exquisitely, plated, hot, And very, very appetizing. I'd say this restaurant is moderately priced, but it's worth every bite. Everything was clean, including the silverware and the table top and the glasses in the dishes. It smelled good in there. It was beautiful inside and out. There was no trash outside on the curbs or around the cars. I really believe the way that the outside of a restaurant is taken care of really reflects the cleanliness of the inside. I would recommend them without reservation and hope I can go back to them sometime soon as I don't live in town. The friendliness of the server couldn't have been improved. I felt only sincerity and kindness from all these people. My dish was perfectly cooked. The raviolis were not undercooked or overcooked. They were perfect. The inside of each ravioli was full of beef. There was sauce outside and it was the most savory rich delicious essense I've had in a long time. You just could not go wrong here!

My partner and I went here for a nice dinner. The decor, atmosphere, and service were great! Our waitress did not rush us and was very attentive. For an appetizer we ordered the goat cheese sformato. This dish is a good shareable dish and you get bread with it. The bread was good and it was nice to spread the goat cheese on the bread. For an entree I ordered the soppressata pizza and the Tuscan kale salad. The pizza was a nice size and tasty. I would have added more sauce and more pieces of soppressata to the pizza. I loved the Tuscan Kale salad. I thought the flavors were great and the portion size was perfect. I did have leftovers because I was a bit too ambitious with the pizza and the salad for the main meal. My partner got the squid ink casarecce. It was good and the pasta was great and flavorful. He would order it again. For dessert we got the seasonal gelato which was banana caramel. The portion was big and the flavors were great. It tasted more like and ice cream than a gelato but over all I enjoyed it! We will be back!! My only critique will be Olivia needs to figure out if they will have a tap for beer or just sell cans. I have visited Olivia twice during brunch and dinner. When I went for dinner I was told they were out of my first choice of beer Peroni. I got a local beer and they said it was in a can. The beer came out in a short cocktail or short water glass and not a beer glass. When I went for brunch at Olivia I ordered a beer and again they were out of Peroni. Then our waiter said the tap is broken and they need a part to fix it so everything in is cans. This time I ordered a beer and it was in a beer glass. The two times I visited were a few weeks apart so there is something going on concerning beer service. Olivia needs to be in stock off all beer offerings at all times and figure out if they are can only or only tap for beer. For a high end restaurant you would think this would be figured out. Small detail but it adds to the experience.

When I moved to Tampa a few months ago, I asked for dinner recommendations. I heard Olivia at least 10 times from multiple people. I came in with my neighbor this past Saturday. The restaurant was lovely, and the ambiance was nice. However, no self-parking was available when I arrived, so I had to valet. The valet was free, but I recommend bringing cash to tip the valet staff. On Saturdays and Sundays, brunch is until 3 PM. During this visit, we ordered margarita pizza and Milanese chicken, both of which were delicious. On this visit, we chose to sit at the bar. The service was excellent, and the bartender was friendly. All of the staff were nice. Even when the servers were passing out the different dishes, my friend asked each server what each dish was, and they were happy to tell us. I will be returning.

We had dinner last night. I can't stop raving about it. Everything was excellent from the ambiance to the food to our outstanding server Payton who spent a lot of time with us. The garlic bread, the entrees, the desserts were all excellent. I live on Maui and am a restaurant person. This was the best dining experience I've had all year!

Our go-to spot for a cute brunch with good food! We tried the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Truffle Fries which was delicious. The chicken was very crispy, and the tanginess of the slaw and pickle paired really well with the sweetness of the honey and sesame roll. The truffle fries were fried well with plenty of truffle. We also tried the Honey & Ham Pizza, which was sweet and salty, and overall amazing. I added a bit of pepper flakes and the spice added so well to the honey on the pizza. The dough was also very fluffy and crispy. The service was also great, with the servers taking the time to answer our questions and checking in on us from time to time. I have also heard their dinner is amazing, so we will definitely have to come here another time for that.

Olivia is a modern Italian eatery with a bustling vibe to it. The atmosphere is very much alive and it is loud. I enjoy going here and have been here 8 to 10 times since they've opened . I just realized I had never written a review. There is so much to like. I always like to begin with the Crudo and the strawberry salad and many times have made that my meal. The scallops are delicious as is the scratch Bolognese sauce. Service is typically spot on.

I've been here twice now and cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The ambiance, is sleek and nice inside. It has an industrial/restoration hardware vibe. It's almost always busy and I will say it does get very loud in there due to the high ceilings. For drinks they have a great wine list but I've ordered dirty martinis there both trips and they were perfect. Highly recommend. You also have the choice of blue cheese olives or regular. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered the cichetti tower both times and it was exceptional. I also tried the oysters which were very good. The first time I went we had the cacio e Pepe and the Italian sausage and pesto pizza. They were both so so good. I cannot say enough good things. I was prepared to order the same thing on my second visit but my guest convinced me to try the mini rigatoni and the funghi pizza. The pizza was good although I preferred the sausage and pesto one. But oh. My. Gosh. The mini rigatoni was to die for and if I could eat it every single day I would. This place is great for a nice dinner and I can't wait to go back.

I've visited Olivia several times, and it's truly one of my favorite spots for Italian cuisine. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm ambiance that makes every visit feel special. The servers are always incredibly attentive, making sure you have everything you need. The pasta is outstanding--especially the rigatoni, which I highly recommend. The flavors are rich, and you can tell everything is made with quality ingredients. The arugula salad is also a must-try, fresh and perfectly dressed. While the drinks were decent, the highlight for me was definitely the apple dessert with ice cream; it's the perfect sweet ending to a great meal. Overall, Olivia never disappoints, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
